摘 要:根据无缝钢管矫直理论与生产实践,归纳出一种六辊矫直机辊型曲线设计方法,分析了各参数间的关系,以数学方法推导出矫直辊辊型曲线公式。实践证明:采用该方法设计的矫直辊辊型曲线加工出的轧辊,无缝钢管与矫直辊贴合度好,矫直时磨损减少,钢管表面质量、平直度可以满足生产需要,实际使用效果较好。Basing on the seamless steel pipe straightening theory and practical production, a full-contact profile curve design method for the 6-roll straightener is summarized. Relationships among different parameters are analyzed, and a roll profile curve formula is derived by mathematical method. The practice indicates that the roll produced by using this profile curve design method is in good contact with the seamless steel pipe, and su the abrasion resulting from straightening is reduced. The straightened pipe has a surface quality and a straightness meeting the requirements of produciton, and it performs well in real application.
