摘  要:为了研究不同地区野生亚麻的遗传多样性,采集了8个地方野生亚麻种子。在原生地调查了5个地方野生亚麻的形态性状,分析了8个地方野生亚麻的籽实品质性状,采用SSR分子标记技术对8份野生亚麻资源进行了遗传多样性分析。结果表明:野生亚麻株高17.00~64.75 cm,种子痩秕,千粒重0.96~2.29 g,主茎分枝数2.6~7.0个,蒴果数7.67~49.86个,含油率25.87%~38.12%,木酚素含量11.56~22.75 mg/g,亚麻酸含量33.56%~70.6%,油酸含量21.3%~35.42%。利用SSR标记对野生亚麻进行聚类分析表明,内蒙红花和其他材料亲缘关系最远,六盘山野生亚麻和内蒙蓝花亲缘关系最近,这2个材料与天祝、静宁和会宁野生亚麻亲缘关系比较近,定西野生亚麻和兰州野生亚麻亲缘关系也比较近。这些研究结果为野生亚麻种质资源的研究、保护和利用提供依据。In order to study the genetic diversity of wild flax in different areas,wild flax seeds from 8 areas were collected.Morphological traits of 5 wild flax were investigated in the original place,seed quality traits of 8 wild flax were analyzed,and genetic diversity of 8 wild flax resources was analyzed by SSR molecular marker technique.The results showed that the plant height of wild flax plants was 17.00~64.75 cm,the seed was blighted,the 1 000-seed weight ranged from 0.96~2.29 g,the number of main stem branches ranged from 2.6~7.0,and the number of capsules was 7.67~49.86.The oil content,lignin content,linolenic acid content and oleic acid content of wild flax were 25.87%~38.12%,11.56~22.75 mg/g,33.56%~70.6%and 21.3%~35.42%,respectively.Cluster analysis of wild flax using SSR markers indicated that Neimeng red flower was far away from other materials in genetic relationship,Liupanshan and Neimenglanhua had the closest relationship,and the genetic relationship of Dingxi and Lanzhou was relatively close.These results would provide reference for the study,protection and utilization of wild flax germplasm resources.
