摘  要:转辙机内部出现电镀零件快速腐蚀的现象,与转辙机密封的有机环境有关。通过密封有机气氛的模拟腐蚀试验,排查出引起快速腐蚀现象的有机原料。利用能谱和红外检测,对腐蚀产物进行分析,发现引起快速腐蚀现象的腐蚀物。结果表明,电镀零件出现的快速腐蚀现象,原因是在密封的转辙机内部,受到含有有机气氛的潮湿气体的腐蚀,其主要腐蚀物来自于C04-2醇酸磁漆中的甲酸等低级脂肪酸。The rapid corrosion of electroplated parts inside the switch machine is related to the sealed organic environment of the switch machine.Through the simulated corrosion test in sealed organic atmosphere,the raw materials causing rapid corrosion were found out.By means of energy spectrum and infrared detection,the corrosion products were analyzed and the corrosives causing rapid corrosion were found out.The results show that the rapid corrosion of electroplated parts is due to the corrosion of wet gases containing organic atmosphere inside the sealed switch machine.The main corrosive substances are low-grade fatty acids such as formic acid in C04-2 alkyd enamel.
