护理干预促进糖尿病合并肺结核患者康复的效果研究

摘　　要：目的分析护理干预促进糖尿病合并肺结核患者康复的效果。方法择取2017年1月-2018年12月前来该院接受治疗的糖尿病合并肺结核患者92例,按照随机分配原则分成对照组和研究组,对照组应用常规护理,研究组应用常规护理+护理干预,对两组的康复效果展开深入的对比分析。结果护理前,研究组患者生活质量评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05);护理前,研究组和对照组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后研究组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于糖尿病合并肺结核患者而言,通过护理干预,能够促进其早日康复,提高生活质量,值得在临床上进一步的推广和使用。Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods A total of 92 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into the control group and the study group according to the principle of randomization.The control group received routine nursing and the study group applied routine nursing+nursing intervention,an in-depth comparative analysis of the rehabilitation effects of the two groups.Results Before the nursing,the quality of life score of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before the treatment,the fasting blood glucose and the 2 h postprandial blood glucose of the study group and the control group were not significantly different(P>0.05).The fasting blood glucose and blood glucose at 2 h after meal were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis,through nursing intervention,it can promote their early recovery and improve their quality of life,which is worth further clinical promotion and use.
