乌蛇荣皮汤治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症临床效果及不良反应发生率分析

摘　　要：目的探究糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症患者采用乌蛇荣皮汤的治疗效果以及不良反应。方法该次调查中选取2015年9月-2018年3月期间在该院进行治疗的糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症患者共36例,该次将36份病例按照随机数字表法分成对照组18例、实验组18例,在该次调查中给予对照组患者西药治疗,在该次调查中给予实验组患者乌蛇荣皮汤进行治疗,对比两组患者的治疗有效率;对比实验组和对照组患者的不良反应发生率情况。结果实验组患者的治疗有效率与对照组比较明显高于对照组,两组数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);和对照组相比实验组的不良反应发生率更低,经统计学软件证实,两组之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症患者采用乌蛇荣皮汤联合西药方式治疗能够有效改善皮肤瘙痒的症状,并且不良反应较低,值得被广泛推广和应用。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of Wushe Rongpi Decoction in patients with diabetic pruritus.Methods A total of 36 patients with diabetic pruritus who were treated in our hospital from September 2015 to March 2018 were selected.In this study,36 cases were divided into control group according to the random number table method.In the experimental group of 18 patients,the control group was treated with western medicine in this investigation.In this investigation,the experimental group was treated with Wusherongpi Decoction,and the treatment efficiency of the two groups was compared.The patients in the experimental group and the control group were compared of the incidence of adverse reactions.Results The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The comparison between the two groups was(P<0.05),indicating that there was a significant difference in the comparison.The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,confirmed by statistical software,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of diabetic pruritus patients with Wushe Rongpi Decoction combined with Western medicine can effectively improve the symptoms of itchy skin,and the adverse reactions are low,which is worthy of widespread promotion and application.
