摘　　要：目的调查自贡市丙肝病毒基因型分布状况,为不同人群丙肝防治提供数据参考。方法对2016-2018年自贡市医院及美沙酮门诊HCV初筛为阳性的186份标本通过HCV-RNA检测,其结果大于1.0×10^3IU/ml的阳性138例标本再进行基因分型试验。结果186份抗-HCV阳性的标本中,HCV-RNA>1.0×10^3IU/ml核酸阳性标本为138份,共发现5种基因亚型,占比最多的为1b型(50例,36.23%),其次为6a型(41例,29.71%)和3b型(19.57%)。普通人群HCV感染以1b型(55.26%)为主,其次为6a型(23.68%),吸毒人群HCV感染以6a型(38.71%)为主,其次为3b型(25.81%)。结论自贡地区丙肝病毒基因型流行株普通人群为1b、6a型,尤以1b为主,吸毒人群为6a、3b型,尤以6a为主。Objective To investigate the genotype distribution of hepatitis C in Zigong City so as to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of hepatitis in different populations.Methods One hundred and eighty six HCV-positive specimens found in preliminary screening in Zigong Hospital and Methadone Clinic in 2016 to 2018 were assayed for HCV-RNA,and 138 positive specimens with results greater than 1.0×10^3 IU/ml were further genotyped.Results Among the 186 anti-HCVpositive specimens,138 specimens with HCV-RNA>1.0×10^3 IU/ml nucleic acid were found.A total of five genotypes were discovered.Type 1b accounted for the largest proportion(n=50,36.23%),followed by type 6a(n=41,29.71%)and type 3b(19.57%).In the general population,type 1b was the predominant HCV genotype(55.26%),followed by type 6a(23.68%).In drug addicts,type 6a was the predominant HCV genotype(38.71%),followed by type 3b(25.81%).Conclusion Prevalent strains of hepatitis C virus are types 1b and 6a,the former in particular,in the general population and types 6a and 3b,the former in particular,in drug addicts in Zigong.
