摘  要:飞机起落架作动筒中常采用丁腈橡胶(NBR)密封圈,NBR密封圈的质量对密封效果影响较大,关系到飞机起落架正常收放和飞行安全。本工作模拟NBR密封圈在飞机起落架作动筒中的实际应用状态,对密封圈在15号液压油中进行了分段浸油、施压浸油以及浸油后晾置试验。结果表明:在这3种试验条件下,密封圈经过液压油浸泡后,其内径、外径、截面尺寸增大,硬度减小;密封圈从液压油中取出后,随着晾置时间的延长,其内径、外径和截面尺寸逐渐减小,硬度逐渐增大。在实际应用中,密封圈在安装前应先在液压油中按照要求浸泡至规定时间,然后在2 d内安装至飞机起落架活塞密封槽中,可避免密封圈对作动筒内壁的压力引起的偏转。NBR sealing rings were used in the actuator cylinder of aircraft landing gear.The quality of NBR sealing rings had great influence on the sealing effect,which was related to the normal retraction of aircraft landing gear and flight safety.The practical application conditions of NBR seal ring in the aircraft landing gear were simulated,and the stepped oil immersion,pressured oil immersion,and post-immersion storage test of NBR seal ring in No.15 hydraulic oil were conducted.The results showed that,after being soaked in hydraulic oil,the inner diameter,outer diameter and cross-section dimension of sealing ring increased,and the hardness decreased.After being removed from the hydraulic oil,with the increase of storage time,the inner diameter,outer diameter and cross-section dimension gradually decreased,and the hardness gradually increased.In actual application,the sealing ring should be soaked in the hydraulic oil to the specified time and then installed in the piston sealing grove of aircraft landing gear within 2 days,so as to avoid deflection caused by the pressure of the sealing ring on the inner wall of the actuator cylinder.
