摘　　要：目的探究瘢痕子宫胎盘植入超声表现类型及其临床应用价值。方法方便选取2017年1月—2018年10月该院收治的33例瘢痕子宫胎盘植入患者,所有患者均经产后病理证实为瘢痕子宫胎盘植入。回顾其相关资料,即对患者超声检查资料进行分析,如经超声检查不能明确胎盘组织植入肌层深度时,需行磁共振辅助检查,分析总结超声表现类型,并对其临床应用价值进行分析总结。结果产后病理诊实Ⅰ型患者7例、Ⅱ型患者16例、Ⅲ型患者10例。超声诊断Ⅰ型患者7例、Ⅱ型患者15例、Ⅲ型患者10例,1例超声检查不能明确胎盘组织植入肌层深度,经磁共振辅助检查后确诊。超声诊符合率与产后病理诊断相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在瘢痕子宫胎盘植入检查中,通过超声的影像学表示,了解胎盘植入类型,及时对患者的产前风险进行评估,并给予科学的参考依据,有效提高临床应用价值;故超声在瘢痕子宫胎盘植入诊断中具有较高的诊断符合率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the ultrasound manifestation types of scarred uterine placenta implantation and its clinical application value.Methods A total of 33 patients with cicatricial placenta implantation admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were convenient selected.All patients were confirmed as cicatricial placenta implantation by postpartum pathology.To review the relevant data,that is,to analyze the ultrasound data of patients.If the depth of placental tissue implantation could not be determined by ultrasound,magnetic resonance assistant examination was needed to analyze and summarize the types of ultrasound manifestations.And its clinical application value was analyzed and summarized.Results There were 7 patients with type I infection,16 patients with typeⅡ,and 10 patients with typeⅢ.Ultrasound diagnosis of type I patients was 7 cases,type II patients was 15 cases,typeⅢpatients was 10 cases,1 case of ultrasound examination can not confirm the depth of placental tissue implanted in the muscle layer,which was confirmed by magnetic resonance examination.The coincidence rate of ultrasound diagnosis was not statistically significant compared with postpartum pathological diagnosis(P>0.05).Conclusion In the examination of scarred uterine placenta implantation,we can understand the type of placenta implantation,evaluate the prenatal risk of the patients in time,and provide scientific reference basis to effectively improve the clinical application value.Therefore,ultrasound has a high diagnostic coincidence rate in the diagnosis of scarred uterine placenta implantation.It is worthy of clinical application.
