活血降糖饮对肥胖2型糖尿病患者的疗效观察及对饮食行为的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察活血降糖饮治疗肥胖2型糖尿病的临床疗效及对饮食行为的影响。方法:选取深圳市中医院2016年2月-2017年4月在内分泌科门诊及住院治疗的糖尿病患者40例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各20例。两组患者在接受糖尿病基础治疗上,对照组给予盐酸二甲双胍片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用活血降糖饮。两组疗程均为3个月,观察治疗前后两组患者体质量指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)及饮食行为变化。结果:治疗后,治疗组BMI较治疗前明显降低,且低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,两组患者FPG、2 h PG均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),且治疗组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者TG、TC均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),且治疗组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后的食欲及饮食偏嗜均较治疗前有明显改善,且均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:活血降糖饮治疗肥胖2型糖尿病患者,能降低食欲,纠正饮食偏嗜,降低BMI,效果良好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Huoxue Jiangtang Decotion for type 2 diabetes with obesity and their eating behaviors.Method:A total of 40 diabetic patients were selected from February 2016 to April 2017 in the endocrinology department of Shenzhen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,according to random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and treatment group,20 cases in each group.Patients in the two groups received basic treatment of diabetes,the control group was given Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets,the treatment group on the basis of the control group plus Huoxue Jiangtang Decotion.The course of treatment in both groups was 3 months,body mass index(BMI),fasting blood glucose(FPG),postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and dietary behavior changes were observed in the two groups before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,BMI of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,FPG and 2 h PG in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the treatment group were lower than those in control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,TG and TC in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the treatment group were lower than those control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,appetite and dietary bias in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and were better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).Conclusion:Huoxue Jiangtang Decotion for type 2 diabetes with obesity neuropathy have good clinical effect,improve the sense of hunger and food preference,and lower BMI.
