慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者实施克拉霉素联合布地奈德治疗的临床疗效观察及分析

摘　　要：目的研究对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者实施克拉霉素联合布地奈德治疗的临床治疗效果。方法选取2016年12月—2018年12月在该院进行治疗的100例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组及观察组,各50例。对照组患者应用克拉霉素药物进行治疗,观察组患者实施克拉霉素联合布地奈德治疗,并对比两组患者的临床治疗效果、鼻窦CT检查评分及不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率96.00%显著高于对照组82.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.005,P<0.05),患者治疗前,两组患者鼻窦CT检查评分比较差异无统计学意义。治疗后,两组患者鼻窦CT检查评分均低于治疗前,且观察组鼻窦CT检查评分(3.1±0.6)分低于对照组(4.7±0.8)分,差异有统计学意义(t=11.010,P<0.05),观察组不良反应发生率8.00%与对照组10.00%比较差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.122,P>0.05)。结论克拉霉素联合布地奈德治疗通过对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者效果更好,提高了患者治疗效果,减少鼻塞情况,安全有效,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of clarithromycin combined with budesonide in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis.Methods One hundred patients with chronic rhinosinusitis who were treated in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,50 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with clarithromycin.The patients in the observation group were treated with clarithromycin and budesonide.The clinical effects,sinus CT scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 82.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.005,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of sinus CT between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the sinus CT scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the CT score of the sinus of the observation group (3.1±0.6)points was lower than that of the control group (4.7±0.8)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=11.010,P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the incidence of adverse reactions in the group of 8.00% and the control group of 10.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=0.122,P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of clarithromycin combined with budesonide is better for patients with chronic rhinosinusitis,which improves the therapeutic effect of patients and reduces the nasal congestion.It is safe and effective and worthy of clinical application.
