心理护理在经乳晕切口手术治疗乳腺纤维瘤中应用及对雌激素受体的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨心理护理在经乳晕切口手术治疗乳腺纤维瘤中应用及对雌激素受体的影响。方法:选取2014年1月-2017年12月本院收治的乳腺纤维瘤患者100例,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和研究组,各50例。对照组应用常规护理方法,研究组在对照组的基础上给予心理护理。对比两组患者的护理满意度、焦虑自评量表(SAS)以及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分以及ER亚单位总表达率。结果:研究组护理满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组的SDS、SAS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组的SDS以及SAS评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组ERα总表达率与ERβ总表达率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺纤维瘤的治疗过程中,心理护理干预效果理想,能够改善患者焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,改善雌激素受体水平,提高其生存率,临床上应推广应用。Objective:To explore the application of psychological nursing in the treatment of breast fibroma through areola incision and its effect on estrogen receptors.Method:100 patients with breast fibroma admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to December 2017 were selected,all patients were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each groups.The control group was given routine nursing,while the study group was given psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing satisfaction,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and the total expression rate of ER subunits were compared between the two groups.Result:Nursing satisfaction in the study group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,SDS and SAS scores of two groups were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after intervention,SDS and SAS scores of the study group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ERα total expression rate and ERβ total expression rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing intervention is effective in the treatment of breast fibroma,it can improve patients’ negative emotions such as anxiety and depression,improve estrogen receptor levels and improve survival rate,it should be popularized and applied in clinic.
