临床药师对医院获得性肺炎合并白假丝酵母菌血流感染患者的用药监护

摘　　要：临床药师通过参与1例医院获得性肺炎合并白假丝酵母菌血流感染患者的治疗过程,从药效学、药动学、药物不良反应等方面优化治疗方案,对患者治疗期间出现的肾功能损害进行药学监护,最终患者肾功能逐渐恢复正常,感染症状好转出院。临床药师通过参与整个治疗过程,减少了药物不良反应的发生,提高了药物治疗水平,保证了患者用药的安全性和有效性。By participating in drug therapy for a patient with hospital acquired pneumonia complicated with candidemia, clinical pharmacists optimized drug therapy by providing reference knowledge in pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics, adverse drug reactions and monitored adverse reactions such as nephrotoxicity during the therapeutic process. Finally, the renal functions of the patient gradually returned to normal and the patient was discharged from hospital after symptoms of infection were improved. Clinical pharmacists participated in the whole treatment, reduced the occurrence of adverse reactions and improved the outcome of medication, ensuring the safety and effectiveness of drug use.
