摘　　要：目的探讨新的管理方法对曲妥珠单抗(商品名:赫赛汀)余药管理的影响。方法在本院静脉用药集中配制中心,利用自主研发的小程序录入赫赛汀使用患者的基本信息,登记用药剂量,并进行药量计算,通过历史查询功能了解患者余药信息、用药记录以及用药进程。结果利用自主研发小程序管理赫赛汀的余药后,优化了赫赛汀调配的流程,提高了摆药效率,降低了调配差错以及由于管理不善造成的赫赛汀余药浪费问题。结论利用自主研发小程序进行赫赛汀的余药管理,可显著提高静脉用药集中配制中心药师的工作效率,减少调配差错的发生,保证药效和用药安全的同时,减少因为余药过期造成的药品浪费,减轻患者的经济负担。Objective To determine the effect of the new management of trastuzumab (Herceptin) residual in pharmaceutical practice. Methods Self-developed program was used to input the basic information of patients treated with Herceptin, and the dose of Herceptin was registered and calculated. By searching the historical data, the patient residual drug information and medication record were collected. Results After using the self-developed program to manage residual Herceptin, the rate of dispensing errors by pharmacists and waste of Herceptin residual were significantly reduced. Conclusion The program is helpful in the management of Herceptin residual, which improves the efficiency of pharmacists in PIVAS, reduces the occurrence of dispensing errors, ensures drug safety and efficacy, and reduce the economic burden of patients.
