摘  要:为了对30~60m范围内输电线路上的绝缘子进行型号识别,建立了基于特征尺寸测量的绝缘子型号在线识别系统。通过椭圆拟合、尺寸测量和相似度匹配等关键算法实现对绝缘子型号的识别。首先通过系统的图像采集模块获取绝缘子的图像,并对图像中绝缘子的伞裙进行椭圆拟合,得到绝缘子各圈伞裙的半径在图像中的尺寸。然后通过免棱镜全站仪测量绝缘子的距离和俯仰角度,并对距离进行修正,根据测量模型计算绝缘子各圈伞裙的实际半径尺寸。最后根据绝缘子实测特征尺寸与标准特征尺寸间的欧氏距离进行相似度匹配,得到绝缘子的型号。实验结果验证了所提方法的有效性。In order to identify the model of insulators on transmission line within 30- 60 meters,a model identification system is proposed based on characteristic dimension measurement. The identification is realized by ellipse fitting,dimension measurement, similarity match etc . Firstly,the ellipse fitting method is used in the umbrella skirts of the insulator image,the image acquisition module of the system & the radiuses of the umbrella skirts in the image are obtained. Then,the distance and the angle of pitch are measured and amended by using the non-prism total station,and the practical radiuses of the umbrella skirts are calculated based on the measuring model of the system. Finally,the correct model of insulator is found out by matching the similarity of the Euclidean distance between the actual feature size and standard feature size. The experiment results verify the effectiveness of proposed method.
