摘 要:针对汽轮机高背压供热改造后,汽轮机低压转子结构变化,排汽温度升高,有可能造成转子振动的问题,以低压转子标高变化为基础变量,通过模态分析,得出低压转子-轴承系统模态振型,从而分析高背压运行转子振动特性。为指导汽轮机高背压供热改造及汽轮机振动故障诊断奠定理论基础。In view of the problem of rotor vibration caused by the exhaust steam temperature increasing after the high back pressure heating retrofit of steam turbine, the modal mode of the low-pressure rotor-bearing system is obtained by modal analysis based on the elevation change of the low-pressure rotor in this paper. So that the vibration characteristics of rotor with high back pressure are analyzed, which lays a foundation for the retrofit of high back pressure heat supply of steam turbine and the diagnosis of vibration fault of low pressure cylinder.
