摘 要:论述了针对某海洋平台核动力汽轮机的除湿设计方式及其计算方法,汽轮机采用单缸内除湿方式,除湿方法包括双除湿级、外缘除湿及空心导叶除湿等方法的集合应用。通过各项除湿技术的综合运用,汽轮机末级动叶后排汽干度保持在0.89以上,能够满足汽轮机对于排汽特性的要求。由于采用了单缸设计的方式,汽轮机结构更为紧凑,重量较双缸汽轮机也相应减小,同时该形式的应用也去掉了外置式汽水分离器这一设备,使系统设计更为简单合理。The authors described the wetness removal design modes and calculation methods used in nuclear power steam turbines on offshore platforms, i.e. the wetness removal mode adopting a single cylinder internal wetness removal mode and the wetness removal method using a combination of wetness removal in two stages, outer edge wetness removal and that in hollow guide blades etc. Through a putting-together application of various wetness removal technologies, the dryness of the steam outgoing from the trailing edge of the rotor blades at the last stage of the steam turbines was kept at greater than 0.89 , thus meeting the requirements for exhaust steam characteristics of steam turbines. As a single cylinder design was adopted, the structure of the steam turbine was more compact and its weight was lighter than a double cylinder one. In the meantime, the application of such design mode has done away with any externally installed type moisture separators, thus making the design of its thermal system more simple and rational.
