清痰化瘀饮联合穴位贴敷对清晨高血压患者糖脂代谢、中医证候及UA、BUN、Hcy水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察清痰化瘀饮联合穴位贴敷对清晨高血压患者糖脂代谢、中医证候及尿酸(UA)、血尿素氮(BUN)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的影响。方法将114例清晨高血压患者随机分为2组,对照组57例应用穴位贴敷治疗,研究组57例应用清痰化瘀饮联合穴位贴敷治疗,2组均持续治疗8周。比较2组治疗前后糖脂代谢、中医证候积分及UA、BUN、Hcy水平的差异。结果2组治疗后空腹血糖(Glu)、胰岛素(INS)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、UA、BUN、Hcy水平均显著低于治疗前(P均<0.05),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平均显著高于治疗前(P均<0.05),且研究组以上指标改善程度均显著优于对照组(P均<0.05);2组治疗后中医证候积分均显著低于治疗前(P均<0.05),且研究组中医证候积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清痰化瘀饮联合穴位贴敷治疗清晨高血压能明显改善患者糖脂代谢,减少中医证候积分,降低UA、BUN、Hcy水平。Objective It is to observe the effects of the decoction for clearing phlegm and removing stasis combined with acupoint application on glucose and lipid metabolism,TCM syndromes and the levels of uric acid(UA),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and homocysteine(Hcy)in patients with early morning hypertension.Methods One hundred and fourteen patients with early morning hypertension were randomly divided into two groups.57 patients in the control group were treated with acupoint application,57 patients in the study group were treated with the decoction for clearing phlegm and removing stasis combined with acupoint application.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The differences in glucose and lipid metabolism,TCM syndrome scores and the levels of UA,BUN and Hcy before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of fasting blood glucose(Glu),insulin(INS),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),UA,BUN and Hcy were significantly decreased(P<0.05),while high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)level was significantly increased after treatment compared with that before treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and the improvements of these indexes above in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were significantly lower after treatment than those before treatment(P<0.05),the TCM syndrome scores of the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treat(P<0.05).Conclusion The decoction for clearing phlegm and removing stasis combined with acupoint application can significantly improve the metabolism of glucose and lipids,reduce TCM syndromes,and reduce the levels of UA,BUN and Hcy in the patients with early morning hypertension.
