摘　　要：目的评价针推联合治疗对感染后脾虚综合征婴幼儿临床疗效及免疫功能的影响。方法将106例婴幼儿感染后脾虚综合征患儿随机分为治疗组58例与对照组48例,治疗组患儿给予针推联合治疗,对照组患儿采用双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片口服,2组均连续治疗4周为1个疗程,疗程结束后评价临床疗效及免疫功能情况。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为96.5%,66.7%,治疗组临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组神疲乏力、食欲不振、腹胀、大便不调积分均较治疗前明显降低(P均<0.05),且治疗组各项积分均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05);2组治疗后除CD8^+外,血清免疫球蛋白和T淋巴细胞亚群水平均较治疗前明显增高(P均<0.05),且治疗组均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论针推联合治疗婴幼儿感染后脾虚综合征效果理想,且对患儿免疫功能有改善作用,值得推广应用。Objective It is to evaluate the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with massage in infants with spleen deficiency syndrome after infection and its effect on immune function.Methods One hundred and six children with spleen deficiency syndrome after infection were randomly divided into treatment group(n=58)and control group(n=48).The children in the treatment group were treated with acupuncture combined with massage.The children in the control group were treated with Bifidobacterium lactobacillus triple live bacteria tablet by oral administration,and the two groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks as a course of treatment.After the treatment,the clinical efficacy and immune function were evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 96.5%and 66.7%,respectively.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of fatigue,loss of appetite,abdominal distension,and stool irregularities were significantly decreased compared with that before treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and the scores of every symptom in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The levels of serum immunoglobulin and T lymphocyte subsets except CD8^+were significantly increased after treatment compared with those before treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and the levels of these indexes after treatment in the treatment group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of acupuncture and moxibustion is effective in the treatment of spleen deficiency syndrome in infants and young children,and it has an improved effect on the immune function of children.It is worthy of popularization and application.
