摘　　要：目的探讨金枝蛇伤药酒联合盐酸左西替利嗪治疗丘疹性荨麻疹的临床效果。方法选取2017年7月~2018年8月我院皮肤科门诊收治的101例丘疹性荨麻疹患者,将其随机分为治疗组(51例)和对照组(50例)。两组均给予盐酸左西替利嗪基础治疗,治疗组加用金枝蛇伤药酒外涂治疗,对照组加用地奈德乳膏外涂治疗。对两组治疗后的皮损情况及瘙痒程度进行评分,记录症状积分下降指数,比例两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为94.1%(48/51),明显高于对照组的78.0%(39/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金枝蛇伤药酒联合盐酸左西替利嗪外用治疗丘疹性荨麻疹疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To discuss the effect of Jinzhi Snakebite Medicinal Liquor combined wtih Levocetirizine hydrochloride in the treatment of papular urticaria.Methods 101 patients with papular urticaria admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to August 2018 were divided into treatment group (51 cases) and control group (50 cases) randomly.Two groups were all given basic treatment with Levocetirizine hydrochloride,the treatment group was treated with Jinzhi Snakebite Medicinal Liquor,the control group was treated with Desonide cream.The skin lesions and pruritus of two groups were score after treatment,the symptom score reduction index was recorded,and the clinical efficacy of two groups wes compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 94.1%(48/51),which was significantly higher than that of control group (78.0%,39/50),the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05).Conclusion Jinzhi Snakebite Medicinal Liquor combined wtih Levocetirizine hydrochloride in the treatment of papular urticaria is effective and worthy of clinical application.
