摘　　要：强学会这一中国近代政党组织的先进性体现在其组织成员的阶级组成和领导思想上。其作为中国近代史上第一个政党性质的政治组织承担了解放思想的历史责任。然而,强学会最终的解散和由其主要成员领导发起的戊戌变法运动的失败,究其原因在于其组织内部的结构松散和力量分散。强学会所代表的新兴民族资本主义所固有的软弱性和妥协性也是其失败的重要原因。Qiangxuehui is an advanced political organization which played a vital role in liberating people’s mind in the Chinese modern history.However,the dissolution of this organization and the failure of the reform movement of 1889 which was led by Qiangxuehui is mostly because of the vulnerability of the inner system of Qiangxuehui.The newly-developing national capitalism had tendency toward compromise which cannot fully support the reform is another reason to the failure.
