摘  要:为藤茶黄酮在肉牛养殖中推广应用提供理论依据,在西本杂交二代(西门塔尔♂×西本杂交二代的一代♀)、安本杂交(安格斯♂×安本杂交一代♀)12月龄青年肉牛日粮中添加5%的藤茶黄酮进行为期75d的饲喂试验,研究其对肉牛体重、体高、体斜长、胸围及管围5个性状指标的影响。结果表明:藤茶黄酮对2个肉牛品种均有一定的促生长作用,各品种肉牛5个性状指标试验组均显著高于对照组(未添加藤茶黄酮);饲喂藤茶黄酮后西本杂交二代肉牛5个性状指标的增长均高于安本杂交肉牛,且公牛高于母牛。The beef cattle of Xiben variety(F 1 of Xiben F 2×Sinmental Beef Cattle)and Anben variety(Anben F 1×Angus)with one-year old were fed with the basal diet+5%flavonoids extracted from Ampelopsis grossedentata for 75 d to study the effects of flavonoids extracted from A.grossedentata on body weight,body height,body length,chest circumference and cannon circumference of two beef varieties and to provide the theoretical basis for popularization and application of flavonoids extracted from A.grossedentata in beef rearing.Result:The flavonoids extracted from A.grossedentata have a certain promoting effect on growth performance of two beef varieties.Five trait indexes of feeding flavonoids groups from two beef varieties are significantly higher than CK.Five trait indexes of Xiben variety fed with flavonoids are higher than Anben variety.Five trait indexes of male cattle are higher than female cattle in two beef varieties.
