摘　　要：目的建立毛郁金药材中姜黄素和去甲氧基姜黄素含量的一测多评法。方法以姜黄素为内参物,确立其与去甲氧基姜黄素的相对校正因子。分别采用外标法和一测多评法测定毛郁金中姜黄素和去甲氧基姜黄素的含量,评价一测多评法的计算值与外标法实测值的相对误差,验证一测多评法的合理性、可行性和可重复性。结果所建立的校正因子重复性良好,毛郁金药材中采用校正因子计算的含量值与外标法实测值间无明显差异。结论一测多评法可作为新的质量评价模式,用于毛郁金药材的质量评价。Objective To establish a QAMS method for the content determination of curcumin and demethoxycurcumin in Curacuma aromatica.Methods Curcumin was used as the internal reference substance,and the relative correlation factors(RCF)of demethoxycurcumin to curcumin were calculated and evaluated.The contents of curcumin and demethoxycurcumin in Curacuma aromatica were determined by the external standard method and QAMS,respectively.The relative error between the calculated value of QAMS method and the measured value of external standard method was compared to verify the rationality,feasibility and repeatability of QAMS method.Results The RCF had good reproducibility,and there was no significant difference between the value calculated by RCF and the value measured by external standard method.Conclusion The QAMS method can be used as a new quality assessment model for the quality control of Curacuma aromatica.
