摘　　要：目的建立测定人工牛黄甲硝唑胶囊中胆红素含量高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法色谱柱采用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-1%冰醋酸溶液(95∶5),检测波长为453 nm,柱温为30℃,流速为1.0 mL/min,进样量为5μL。结果胆红素质量浓度在0.442~11.05μg/m L(r=0.999 9)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好;平均回收率为99.45%,RSD为1.02%(n=9)。结论该法简便、精密度好、结果准确,可用于人工牛黄甲硝唑胶囊中胆红素的含量测定。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of bilirubin in Galculus Bovis and Metronidazole Capsules.Methods The chromatographic column was Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),the mobile phase was acetonitrile-1%acetic acid(95∶5),the detection wavelength was 453 nm,the column temperature was 30℃,the flow rate was1.0 mL/min and the sample size was 5μL.Results The bilirubin showed good linear relationship with peak area in the range of0.442-11.05μg/m L(r=0.999 9),the average recovery was 99.45%and RSD was 1.02%(n=9).Conclusion The method is simple,accurate with good reproducibility,which can be used for the content determination of bilirubin in Galculus Bovis and Metronidazole Capsules.
