摘　　要：目的探讨6S管理模式提高医院药房工作效率的应用效果。方法对比医院药房日常管理中对比6S标准化管理模式实施前(2016年5月至2017年5月)、后(2017年6月至2018年6月)失效药品报损、药品调剂差错率、总体工作效率、药房工作人员的精神面貌和患者满意度。结果与实施前相比,实施后的失效药品种类显著减少,药品调剂差错率显著降低,21名药房工作人员的药品整理效率、药房清洁度、操作规范性及取药效率4个方面评分显著增加,药房工作人员的精神面貌及患者满意度评分显著增加(P均<0.05)。结论6S管理模式应用于医院药房日常管理中,可减少药品失效种类,降低药品调剂差错率,提高工作人员的总体工作效率,改善工作人员的精神面貌,提高患者满意度。Objective To investigate the application effect of 6 S management mode in improving the work efficiency of hospital pharmacy.Methods The invalid drug report,the error rate of drug adjustment,the overall work efficiency,the mental outlook of pharmacy staff and patients’satisfaction were compared before(from May 2016 to May 2017)and after(from June 2017 to June 2018)implementation of 6 S standardized management model in the daily management of pharmacy.Results Compared with those before implementation,the types of invalid drugs were significantly reduced after implementation,the error rate of drug adjustment was significantly decreased,the scores of drug arrangement efficiency,pharmacy cleanliness,operational standardization and drug collection efficiency of 21 pharmacy staff were significantly increased,the mental outlook of pharmacy staff and patients’satisfaction score were significantly increased after implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion 6 S management model for daily pharmacy management can reduce the types of invalid drugs and lower the error rate of drug adjustment,enhance the overall work efficiency of staff,improve the mental outlook of staff,and promote the patients’satisfaction.
