摘 要:铬酸叔丁酯均相催化分解与氢氧化钠碱性水溶液非均相催化分解环己基过氧化氢组合工艺,能有效提高环己基过氧化氢的转化率。但环己基过氧化氢组合分解工艺中铬的脱除是影响分解工艺应用的重要因素。探讨组合工艺中铬的存在形式,采用树脂法对废液中的游离铬进行了脱除研究,考察不同的树脂,筛选出性能较好的树脂进行寿命考察及再生试验。采用d型阴离子树脂可以较好的脱除碱液中的铬,但对于连续生产而言,树脂使用量偏大。The process of cyclohexyl hydrogen peroxide combined by homogeneous catalytic decomposition of tert-butyl chromate and heterogeneous catalytic decomposition of sodium hydroxide in alkaline aqueous solution was introduced;chromium removal was an important factor affecting application of the combined decomposition process. The existing forms of chromium in the combined process were discussed. Removal of the free chromium in the waste liquid was studied by the resin method. Different resins were investigated, and resins with good properties were selected to the life inspection and regeneration test. Chromium in alkali liquid could be removed well by D-type anion resin, but the resin consumption was too large for the continuous production.
