摘  要:针对循环流化床锅炉给煤系统存在的给煤机进口断煤、落煤管频繁堵煤、电仪控制系统设计不合理及元器件老化等问题,通过对给煤机本体、落煤管、加热风、吹堵风等系统的技术改造,消除了给煤系统长期存在的生产瓶颈,实现了锅炉平稳保供、环保达标的目标。Aiming at the problems existing the coal feeding system for circulating fluidized bed boilers, such as inlet coal interruption,frequent blocking in the coal dropping pipes,unreasonable design of the electrical instrument control system and the component aging,and technical innovation on the coal feeder body, coal dropping pipes, heating air and blocking air system was executed, long-standing production bottleneck of the coal feeding system was eliminated, the purpose of stable supply and environmental protection standard of the boilers was realized.
