摘 要:开发了一种新的乙腈精制再生技术,适用于乙腈法丁二烯抽提装置,新工艺在原有水洗回收流程基础上加入变压精馏,可将再生乙腈纯度(质量分数)由80%提高到95%,同时脱除乙腈中重组分和氨等杂质。采用ASPEN流程模拟,确定乙腈变压精馏各塔的工艺参数和设备参数。该技术连续精制再生能力为30kt/a,装置综合能耗(标油)59.36kg/t产品乙腈,每吨产品乙腈再生操作费用150元;装置批量再生费用7.5万元,再生周期6d。A new acetonitrile refining and regeneration technology was developed for butadiene extraction unit by acetonitrile process. The purity of regenerated acetonitrile was increased from 80 %to 95 %by adding pressure swing distillation on the basis of the original washing and recovery process, and the heavy components and ammonia in acetonitrile can be removed at the same time. ASPEN process simulation was used to determine the technological parameters and equipment parameters of each column of acetonitrile pressure swing distillation. The technology has a continuous refining and regeneration capacity of 30,000 tons per year, the comprehensive energy consumption of the unit is 59.36 kg standard oil per ton of acetonitrile, and the operation cost of acetonitrile regeneration is 150 Yuan per ton of product. The batch regeneration cost of the unit is 75,000 Yuan, and the regeneration cycle is 6 days.
