摘  要:中国石油天然气股份有限公司独山子石化分公司1000kt/a乙烯装置工艺设计中,丙烯精馏塔塔顶得到纯度(体积分数)为99.60%的聚合级丙烯产品,其中甲烷+乙烷+丙烷含量小于4000mL/m^3;塔釜分离出循环丙烷,其中丙烯含量(体积分数)要求控制在7%~16%。通过2017年第一季度对丙烯精馏塔运行操作的调整,改变塔釜温度和回流量,使得丙烯精馏塔在保证塔顶产品合格的前提下,塔釜循环丙烷中丙烯含量(体积分数)降至2.5%~11%,同时延长了裂解炉的运行周期,推进了乙烯装置的节能降耗工作。In the process design of the 1,000 kt/a ethylene plant at PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company, polymer grade propylene with a purity of 99.60 v %is obtained from the overhead of propylene rectification tower, of which the methane, ethane and propane content is less than 4,000 mL/m^3. Cycle propane is separated from the tower bottom, of which the propylene content is to be controlled between 7 v %and 16 v %. By adjusting the operation of the propylene rectification tower in the first quarter of 2017, the bottom temperature and reflux were changed, so the propylene content of the bottom cycle propane was reduced to 2.5 v %~11 v %under the premise of guaranteeing the quality of overhead product. At the same time, the operation cycle of cracking furnace was prolonged and the energy saving and consumption reduction of ethylene plant was promoted.
