摘　　要：该文详细描述了嫘祖丽大蚊Tipula(Formotipula)holoserica(Matsumura,1916)的雄虫精子泵和雌虫生殖系统的特征。研究结果不仅能够为大蚊总科乃至双翅目的进化、交配机制研究积累数据,而且为大蚊分类研究提供了进一步的判定依据。The paper reports male semen pump and female internal reproductive system of Tipula(Formotipula)holo. serica(Matsumura,1916). Detailed illustrations and descriptions of each part are provided. This research can not only accumulate data for the study of evolution and mating behavior in family Tipulidae,and even Diptera,but also pro. vide a further basis for taxonomic study.
