康复新联合碘甘油佐治儿童急性化脓性扁桃体炎的疗效及对炎症介质的影响观察

摘　　要：目的观察康复新联合碘甘油对急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿血清炎症介质降钙素原(PCT)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)表达水平的影响及疗效。方法将250例急性化脓性扁桃体炎住院患儿采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组125例。两组患儿均以抗感染、退热及营养支持等常规治疗。观察组在常规治疗基础上加用康复新联合碘甘油。检测两组患儿治疗前和治疗后第3天血清PCT、CRP、IL-6的表达水平变化,并比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗后第3天,两组患儿血清PCT、CRP、IL-6表达水平均有不同幅度下降,但观察组下降幅度较对照组更明显(P<0.05)。观察组痊愈75例,显效40例,无效10例。对照组痊愈40例,显效35例,无效50例。观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论康复新联合碘甘油佐治儿童急性化脓性扁桃体炎具有较好的疗效,可降低血清PCT、CRP、IL-6表达水平。Objective To observe the treatment of Kangfuxin combined with iodine glycerol in children with acute suppurative tonsillitis and its effects on inflammatory mediators including inflammatory medium serum procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6).Methods Two hundred and fifty hospitalized children with acute suppurative tonsillitis were divided into observation group and control group according to the principle of random allocation,with 125 cases in each group.All the children were treated with anti infection,abatement of fever and nutritional support and other conventional treatments.The observation group was treated with Kangfuxin combined with iodine glycerol.The levels of serum PCT,CRP and IL-6 were observed before and 3 days after treatment in the two groups.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results The levels of serum PCT,CRP and IL-6 were decreased in the two groups after treatment.The decreases of the observation group were more obvious than those of the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,75 cases were cured,40 cases markedly effective and 10 cases ineffective.In the control group,40 cases were cured,35 cases markedly effective and 50 cases ineffective.The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Kangfuxin combined with iodine glycerol has good curative effect in treatment of children′s acute suppurative tonsillitis.It can reduce the serum levels of PCT,CRP and IL-6.
