噻托溴铵联合肺康复和呼吸操治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨噻托溴铵联合肺康复和呼吸操治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的临床疗效。方法:选择2017年1月—2018年1月收治的稳定期COPD患者76例,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组38例。对照组单纯给予噻托溴铵治疗,观察组在此基础上,联合肺康复和呼吸操治疗,比较两组患者的FEV1占预计值的百分比(FEVl%pred)、6min步行距离(6MWD)等。结果:治疗后,两组问卷评分、FEVl%pred及6MWD与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。除FEVl%pred外,两组其余指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对稳定期COPD患者,采取噻托溴铵联合呼吸操和肺康复治疗,对其肺功能有改善作用,并能提高生活质量,使运动耐力得到增强,因而有着较高的临床应用价值。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of tiotropium combined with pulmonary rehabilitation and respiratory exercise in the treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:All 76 patients with stable COPD admitted to hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,38 in each group.The control group was treated with tiotropium bromide alone.On this basis,the observation group was treated with lung rehabilitation and breathing exercises.The percentage of FEV1 in the predicted value(FEVl%pred)and 6-minute walking distance(6MWD)of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,there were significant differences in questionnaire scores,FEVl%PRED and 6MWD between the two groups(P<0.05).There were significant differences in other indicators between the two groups except FEVl%pred(P<0.05).Conclusion:For stable COPD patients,tiotropium combined with respiratory exercise and pulmonary rehabilitation therapy can improve pulmonary function,improve quality of life and enhance exercise endurance,so it has high clinical application value.
