摘  要:随着南水北调中线工程的通水运行,丹江口水库防洪与蓄水矛盾、水资源供需矛盾日益突出。如何通过实时优化调度,在保障防洪安全并适度承担风险的前提下,增加洪水资源利用率,使水库尽量多蓄水,提高供水的保障程度,是丹江口水库迫切需要研究解决的问题。在总结前人研究的基础上,综合归纳水库实时操作的汛期运行水位动态控制关键技术,并以丹江口水库为例,研究提出了汛期阶段划分、提高供水保证率的库水位需求、汛期水位分阶段兴利动态控制指标、防洪调度指标等成果,编制实用的丹江口水库实时预报调度方案。通过2017年的应用实践表明,编制的实时预报调度方案能为保障丹江口水库防洪、供水、发电等综合效益的发挥提供有力技术支撑。On the basis of summarizing the previous studies,this paper comprehensively summarizes the key technologies for dynamic control of water level in flood season in real-time operation of reservoirs,and takes Danjiangkou Reservoir as an example to put forward the results of the flood stage division,the water level demand of the water supply guarantee rate,the dynamic control index of staged profit level in flood season and the flood control dispatching index.Therefore compiled a practical real-time forecasting and dispatching plan for Danjiangkou Reservoir.Through the application practice in 2017,the prepared real-time forecasting and dispatching plan can provide strong technical support for ensuring the comprehensive benefits such as flood control,water supply and power generation of Danjiangkou Reservoir.
