摘　　要：居民收入的分配问题已经成为影响中国经济和社会能否长期稳定发展的一项关键因素。居民收入分配的差距不仅不利于中国经济发展速度的提高,使国内贫富差距的矛盾更加激化;而且也不利于中国社会经济发展环境的稳定,阻碍了中华民族的团结和中国梦的实现。本文通过对中国从改革开放以来城乡之间、地区之间以及行业之间的居民收入分配差距的基本状况进行考察,为进一步深入探讨目前我国居民收入分配差距持续扩大的形成原因,为改善居民收入分配差距现状应采取何种财政政策提供依据。The distribution of residents’ income has become a key factor that affects the long-term and stable development of China’s economy and society. The gap between residents’ income distribution aggravates the contradiction between the rich and the poor instead of contributing to the speed of China’s economic development. Moreover, it is not conducive to the stability of China’s social and economic development environment, which hinders the unity of the Chinese nation and the realization of the Chinese dream. Examining the basic situation of the income distribution gap between urban and rural areas, between regions and between industries since the reform and opening-up in China as well as further discussing the cause of the continuous widening of income distribution gap in China this paper provides the basis for financial policy adoption to improve the status quo of income distribution gap.
