摘　　要：捣固车发动机附近布置的液压系统常有火情发生,经分析事故原因和多次改进防火措施,确定采用多层结构的隔热套对发动机排气管和消音器外表面进行绝热处理,有效避免了液压系统火灾事故。Fire sometimes occurs in the hydraulic system arranged near the engine of tamping vehiclchas. After the analysis to the reasons for the accident and several improvements to fire precaution measure,we decided to use insulation sleeve with multi-layer structure to give a thermal insulation to exhaust pipe of engine and the outer surface of silence, which efficiently avoided the fire accident of hydraulic system.
