摘　　要：生产中ZB45包装机商标纸胶水点较多,其上胶量过小或上胶不稳致烟包不合格率偏高,停机时间较长,废品及材料浪费。本文对ZB45商标纸上胶量过小及其导致的不合格烟包类型进行分析,给出故障原因和解决办法,实现降本增效。As the glue points of ZB45 packaging machine trademark paper glue is more in the production,its small or unstable amount of glue resulting in a high unqualified rate of cigarette packets,and long downtime,waste of cigarette packets and materials.In this paper,the small amount of glue on ZB45 trademark paper and types of unqualified cigarette packets caused by it are analyzed,giving causes of failure and solutions,achieving a cost reduction and efficiency improvement and Lean Production.
