摘　　要：为解决GD包装机在生产过程中容易出现的条盒拉线缺失和拉线偏移的质量问题,本文基于高精度位移传感器,设计了条盒拉线检测装置。该装置主要由位移传感器、放大器、主控制器、报警器等组成,装置具有以下特点:(1)检测正确率高,基于条盒拉线的物理尺寸即厚度进行检测;(2)当出现质量缺陷产品时,报警器报警提醒;(3)使用寿命长,位移传感器的持续检测次数高达2亿次;(4)调试方便,一般只需校正零位即可;(5)相对于成像式检测装置,其成本较低。使用结果表明,该检测装置能准确识别生产过程中出现的条盒拉线缺失和偏移的不合格产品,有效防止不合格产品流入下游生产工序。In order to solve the quality problems of the absence and deviation of barrel pull in the production process of GD packaging machine,a barrel pull detection device is designed based on the high accuracy displacement sensor in this paper.The device is mainly composed of displacement sensor,amplifier,main controller,alarm and so on.The device has the following characteristics:(1)High detection accuracy based on detecting the physical size(i.e.thickness)of the barrel pull.(2)Once quality defects of products appear,the alarm warns.(3)With long service life.(4)It's easy to debug by correcting zero position.(5)Compared with the imaging detection device,its cost is lower.The application results show that the detection device can accurately identify the unqualified products with the problems of the absence and deviation of barrel pull in the production process.
