中医五行音乐疗法对老年患者术后疼痛的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医五行音乐疗法对老年髋关节置换术患者术后疼痛的影响。方法:选择99例在骨科病区住院行髋关节置换术的患者,随机分为中医五行音乐组、音乐组和对照组,每组各33例。中医五行音乐组实施中医五行音乐疗法;音乐组实施音乐疗法;对照组不给予聆听任何音乐,头戴耳机卧床休息。比较三组患者髋关节置换术后疼痛和焦虑的评分情况。结果:中医五行音乐组术后疼痛得分均低于同期音乐组,而音乐组低于同期对照组,三组组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医五行音乐疗法能有效减轻老年髋关节置换术患者术后疼痛,缓解患者术后疼痛状况。因此,将中医五行音乐疗法用于对老年髋关节置换术患者术后疼痛的干预有一定的疗效且优于音乐疗法,值得在临床中进一步总结和推广应用,同时还能更好的弘扬中医的医学特色优势。Purpose:To investigate the effect of Traditional Chinese medicine five-element music therapy on postoperative pain in elderly patients undergoing hip replacement.Method:A total of 99 patients admitted to the orthopaedic ware for hip arthroplasty were randomly divided into Traditional Chinese medicine five-element music therapy group,music group and control group,with 33 patients in each group Music group was treated with music Music group was treated with music Patients in the control group were not given any music listening and wore headphones for bed rest The scores of pain and anxiety after hip replacement were compared among the three group results:postoperative pain scores in the music group were lower than those in the same period of the music group,while those in the music group were lower than those in the same period of the control group.The difference among the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Result:Postoperative pain scores in the music group were all lower than those in the same period of the music group,while those in the music group were lower than those in the same period of the control group.The difference among the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine five-element music therapy can effectively reduce postoperative pain in elderly patients undergoing hip replacement and alleviate postoperative pain in elderly patients undergoing hip replacement and alleviate postoperative pain.Therefore,the application of traditional Chinese medicine five-element music therapy in the intervention of postoperative pain in elderly patients with hip replacement has certain curative effect and is superior to music therapy,which is worth further summarizing and promoting in clinical practice,and can also better carry forward the medical advantages of traditional Chinese medice.
