摘　　要：目的观察创面负压治疗在下肢慢性创面中的临床应用效果。方法2018年1月至10月共收治23例下肢慢性溃疡患者,给予创面负压治疗,观察治疗效果。结果治疗有效率为95%;出院后随访1个月,全部创面愈合良好,患肢基本无功能障碍。结论创面负压治疗下肢慢性溃疡创面,可有效促进创面愈合,预防创面不愈,避免截肢,适合临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of negative pressure wound therapy in treating chronic lower extremity wounds.Methods From January 2018 to October 2018,a total of 23 cases with chronic ulcer of lower extremity were treated with negative pressure wound therapy,the therapeutic effect was observed.Results The effective rate of the treatment was 95%.One month follow-up after discharge showed good wound healing and no dysfunction of affected limb.Conclusion Negative pressure wound therapy for treating chronic lower extremity wounds can effectively promote wound healing,prevent wound disunion,avoid amputation,and is worthy of clinical application.
