摘 要:首先从差模骚扰和共模骚扰两个方面分析了电磁干扰(EMI)电源滤波器的滤波原理,然后介绍了EMI电源滤波器的关键元器件的设计要求和布局原则。接下来,从滤波器与被测设备的搭接情况,滤波器的输入和输出电缆间距,以及滤波器输入电缆长度三个方面,就滤波器布局对端子骚扰电压测试的影响进行了实验分析。最后依据试验结果得出结论,EMI电源滤波器的布局对端子骚扰电压的测试结果会产生至关重要的影响。在利用EMI电源滤波器进行骚扰抑制的时候,必须严格遵循相关规则对滤波器进行安装布局。In the first place, this article analyzed the principles of EMI power filter from the aspects of the difference mode and the common mode disturbance. Afterwards, the design requirements and installation layout principles of key components has been investigated. Next, the influence of EMI power filter’s installation and distribution on the measurement of mains terminal disturbance voltage has been studied experimentally from the lap situation of the filter to the measured device, the distance between the input and output power line and the cable length of power filter. Finally, we can draw the conclusion that the installation and distribution of EMI power filter has important impact on the measurement of mains terminal disturbance voltage. Therefore, the related rules should be strictly abided by when using the power filter to restrain the conducted disturbance.
