摘　　要：ATS软件模拟人工操作的步骤控制测试仪表自动检测功率放大器的性能指标,完成后生成数据报表。使用者只需要在测试之前对软件进行简单设置即可。ATS software simulates the manual operation of the step control test instrument to automatically detect the performance index of the power amplifier,and generates the data report form after completion.Users simply set up the software before testing it.
