摘  要:本文对李雅庄矿4^#煤层极难选煤进行了物理加工技术的分析研究。结果表明:确定试验煤样洗选中间旋流器的底流产物和保持常规浮选精煤灰分在10%以下时的浮选尾煤为深加工副产品;采用跳汰和重介操作工艺,重介旋流器底流约占入选原煤的18%,该深加工技术提高总精煤产率11%以上。该难选煤深度物理加工技术为4#煤层进行重新开采奠定了基础。In this paper,the physical processing technology of the No.4 coal seam in Liyazhuang Coal Mine is analyzed.The result shows that the underflow product of the cyclone in the test coal sample and the flotation tail coal which keeps the conventional flotation clean coal ash below 10%are the deep processing by-product.Using the jigging and heavy-media separation process,the heavy medium cyclone bottom flow accounts for about 18%of the raw coal,and the deep processing technology improves the total clean coal yield by more than 11%.The difficult-to-select coal depth physical processing technology laid the foundation for the re-exploitation of the No.4 coal seam.
