摘 要:大庆油田大斜度井试油测试工艺存在封隔器坐封成功率低、排液困难等问题。分析近两年10口井25层大斜度井试油测试施工案例,针对不同井况特点,进行"隐含式"和"卡瓦式"Y211封隔器优选,配合扶正器使用,通过现场操作模拟试验、优选井下工具、优化工艺管柱结构等措施,合理优选排液求产方法,形成适合大庆油田大斜度井试油工艺技术。在最大井斜51.3°的LTX4井采用斜井联作封隔器进行MFE射孔测试联作,取得了准确的液性及产能等资料。该工艺可有效提高大斜度井试油施工成功率,为勘探开发试油资料录取提供技术支持。There were some problems in production test technology of highly deviated wells in Daqing Oilfield,such as low success rate of packer setting and difficult drainage.According to the production test and operation cases of 25 layers in 10 highly deviated wells in past two years,the "implicit"and" slip-type" Y211 packers were optimized according to different well conditions,and used together with centralizers.Combining the rational optimization of drainage and production method,the oil testing technology suitable for high-deviated well in Daqing Oilfield was established by testing operation simulation string,optimizingdownhole toolsand string structure and other measures.In well LTX4 with the maximum deviation of 51.3 degrees,the inclined well integrated packer was used for MFE combining with perforation test,and accurate data of fluid property and productivity were obtained.This technology can effectively improve the success rate of oil testing in highly deviated wells and provide technical support for exploration and development.
