摘  要:单丝拉拔过程中出现分层。从实际生产出发,结合单丝拉拔分层理论,确定在超高强单丝拉拔过程中双模的使用、塔轮的绕法及聚晶模的使用对分层的影响。试验表明:双模使用有利于单丝扭转性能提高,成品道次使用双模对单丝分层影响最大;在拉拔不断丝的前提下,可通过减少绕线来提高单丝品质;可在后几道使用聚晶模代替钨钢模,能改善单丝韧性,提高扭转值。相关因素的确定为生产实际中提高单丝扭转性能提供可直接实施且行之有效的方法。Filament occurs delamination in drawing process. Based on the production practice and the delamination theory of filament drawing, the influences of the use of double dies, the winding method of step pulley and the use of polycrystalline die on the delamination of ultra-high strength filament drawing were determined. The experiment shows that the use of double dies is beneficial to improve the torsion performance of filament and the use of double dies for finishing pass has the greatest influence on the delamination of filament. Under the premise of continuous drawing, the quality of filament can be improved by reducing winding. Polycrystalline die can be used in the latter several passes instead of tungsten steel mold. Compared with tungsten steel die, polycrystalline die can improve the toughness of filament and increase the torsion value. The determination of the correlative factors provides a direct and effective method to improve the torsion performance of filament in practical production.
