摘  要:采用单线高速轧制生产小规格棒材产品,分析倍尺剪控制原理并做优化:倍尺剪剪切前须进行速度修正;精轧机抛钢后,倍尺剪前夹送辊降速建立张力,帮助剪切,设置速度超前率8.8%,通过调节“延迟降速时间”建立合适的张力,以降低失张的影响;精轧前5#活套热检信号消失后,倍尺剪对尾根长度进行优化剪切,实现尾根长度可控。单线高速轧制改善了切分轧制带来的尺寸精度低、表面质量差的缺陷,提高了产能。Using single-wire high-speed rolling to produce small size bar products,the control principle of double-length shear is analyzed and optimized.The speed correction must be performed before the double-cut shear is cut.After the finishing mill throws steel,the tension of pinch roll before double-length shear is established to help shear,and the speed lead rate is set to 8.8%.By adjusting the delayed deceleration time,the appropriate tension is established to reduce the effect of tension loss.After the disappearance of the 5# looper thermal inspection signal before finishing rolling,and the double-length shearing is optimized to cut the length of the tail root to control the length of the tail root.Single-line high-speed rolling improves the defects of low dimensional accuracy and poor surface quality caused by split rolling and increases productivity.
