摘　　要：介绍安钢二炼轧厂通过对现有厂房、设备等参数的实地测量及考证,制订项目技改实施方案,最大限度利用现有的生产设备,通过关键设备的改造(如铁水罐、过跨车等),实现了150t转炉铁水“一罐到底”的工艺改造。试车过程中出现的问题较少,绝大部分工艺均在预期的效果之内。150t转炉铁水“一罐到底”系统工艺具有简化生产流程、降低能源消耗、稳定转炉操作、节能增效等优点,符合绿色、高效、环保的发展理念。To introduce the technical transformation plan of the project in No. 2 Rolling Mill of Anyang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. through field measurement and textual research of the existing plant and equipment, making the best use of the existing production equipment, and through the transformation of key equipment(such as hot metal tank, crossing car, etc.), the process transformation of 150 t converter hot metal tank-to-tank system technology has been realized. From the point of view of the whole test run process, there are fewer problems in the process, and most of the processes are within the expected effect. The process of 150 t converter hot metal tank-to-tank system technology has the advantages of simplifying production process, reducing energy consumption, stabilizing converter operation, saving energy and increasing efficiency, which is in line with the green, efficient and environmental protection concept of plant development.
