摘 要:为判定曾家岩嘉陵江大桥所处的风险等级,以确定桥梁的设防船撞力标准,参考《重庆市三峡库区跨江桥梁船撞设计指南》,对该桥梁在目前、近期和远期的年碰撞频率和倒塌频率进行计算分析,与可接受的风险准则进行了对比,并通过建立桥梁、船舶精细化的三维有限元模型,采用动力数值模拟方法计算桥墩在不利撞击工况下的船撞力,从而确定了桥墩的船撞设防标准。同时为了避免桥墩局部损坏,降低碰撞事故中的船舶损伤,实现对桥梁和船舶的双重保护,提出了设置固定式复合材料防撞护舷的防撞方案。In order to determine the risk level and fortification criteria of Zengjiayan Jialing River Bridge,the annual frequency of collision and collapse at present,in the short term and long term was analyzed respectively according to the Guide Specification for Vessel Collision Design of River-Crossing Bridges in Three Gorges Reservoir of Chongqing City,and the results were compared to the acceptable criteria for critical bridges.By building refined 3-D finite element models for both the bridge and ship,the collision force was calculated by numerical simulation of the ship colliding against the bridge pier under the adverse impact condition.Thus,the fortification criteria for Zengjiayan Jialing River Bridge was determined.Moreover,the design scheme of composite anti-collision fender was proposed to ensure the safety of both the bridge piers and vessels.
