摘  要:离心式压缩机密封的加工精度是决定压缩机装配效率的重要因素,利用Pro/E的参数功能对某型号离心式压缩机铝制密封进行参数化建模,以有限元理论为基础,施加切削力及装夹力载荷后,对密封进行静力学分析,计算得到密封在切削制造过程中的变形云图,记录最大位移偏差。将理论数据与实际结果进行对比,分析在加工过程中装夹力和切削力对密封变形的影响,证明了装夹力和切削力不是造成密封加工变形的首要原因,为计算密封实际形变提供了理论依据,同时为解决密封加工变形问题奠定了基础。The machining accuracy of centrifugal compressor seal was an important factor to determine the assembly efficiency of the compressor,a type of centrifugal compressor seal was parameterized modeled through parameters function of the Pro/E software,the statics analysis of the seal was done after applying clamping force load and cutting force load and based on finite element theory,so the deformation nephogram of seal in the cutting process was calculated and obtained,the maximum displacement deviation was recorded.The influences of clamping force and cutting force on seal deformation were analyzed by comparing theoretical data with actual results,it was proved that clamping force and cutting force were not the primary causes of sealing machining deformation,which provided the theoretical basis for calculate the actual deformation of the seal,at the same time,the foundation for solving the problem of sealing deformation in the process of turning was laid.
