摘　　要：针对国内一款电动操动机构上的钢球式安全离合器使用,介绍了该钢球式安全离合器的结构和工作原理,通过整个传动系统的力学分析,给出了钢球式安全离合器的选型计算。并创新性的给出了一种通过实际试验的方法对该离合器进行选型优化。该计算方法与试验方法相互独立,又可以相互补充,提升了钢球式安全离合器选型的可靠性,也为钢球式安全离合器的选型计算拓宽了新的路径。In view of the use of a steel ball type safety clutch in a domestic electric operating mechanism,the author introduces the structure and working principle of the steel ball type safety clutch.Through the mechanical analysis of the whole transmission system,the selection and calculation of the steel ball type safety clutch is given.An innovative method of selecting and optimizing the clutch are given through practical tests.The calculation method and the test method are independent,and can complement each other,improve the reliability of the type selec.tion of the steel ball type safety clutch and widen the new path for the selection and calculation of the steel ball type safety clutch.
