摘 要:为了研究人造石制造业生产过程VOCs的排放影响,选取广东省11家典型人造石制造企业为重点监测对象,在企业关键VOCs产生工序设置监测点。采用SUMMA罐采样-冷阱富集-气相色谱质谱(GC/MS)联用技术,进行挥发性有机物(VOCs)的组成特征和含量水平检测。结果表明:研究中典型人造石制造企业生产车间内可测得58种VOCs组分,总VOCs质量浓度为(26.15±33.20)mg/m3。从排放浓度上看,人造石行业VOCs总浓度均值大小排序为:石英石>岗石>补板。苯乙烯是人造石制造生产工艺排放的最VOCs物种。In order to study the emission of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in artificial stone process, an observation was conducted at 11 typical artificial stone enterprises in Guangdong province, continuously monitored in the key VOCs production processes of the enterprises. A method for analyzing the composition and the concentration of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) by SUMMA canisters sampling and pre-concentrated system combined GC/MS was built up in this paper. The results were as follows: 58 VOCs have been analyzed from forming process of artificial stone enterprises, the mean value of total concentration was (26.15±33.20) mg/m3. The contribution ratio of each production processe was decreased in an order of artificial quartz, agglomerated stone, stiffening plate. Styrene was the most abundant VOCs species in artificial stone process.
