摘  要:针对某矿1101工作面60°特大倾角煤层,结合工程案例及计算分析,构建了ZZ4800/21/33型四柱支撑掩护式液压支架,从防倒防滑角度设计并分析了其稳定性及适应性,通过有限元分析、样架制造及工业应用,证明了该支架架型构建及防倒防滑系统设计的合理性,丰富了特大倾角煤层开采过程中保证支架稳定性的技术方法。On the coal seam with 60°super-large obliquity of working face 1101 in a mine, in combination with engineering cases and calculation analysis, ZZ4800/21/33 four-pillar chock-shield hydraulic support was constructed, and its stability and adaptability were analyzed from the anti-slip and anti-rollover point of view.After FEA, prototype manufacturing and industrial application, the support proved reasonable in its construction and anti-slip and anti-rollover system, which enriched the technical method to ensure the stability of the support during mining the coal seam with super-large obliquity.
